I trained as a jeweller and silversmith at the Guildhall University of London (Sir John Cass) where I attained a BA Hons Degree in 1989.
I then went on and established my own workshop and business in Clerkenwell, London. The different collections, during the time in London, were stocked in galleries and British made shops in the UK, and were exported to leading designer outlets in New York and Tokyo.

I built up valuable practical experience by working as a workshop assistant with award winning jeweller Alex Monroe and with Lesley Craze, who I assisted in the workshop and in her acclaimed, design led Gallery.

Since relocating to Cambridgeshire, I have been able to maintain my existing business whilst developing my new and exciting Vintage button collection. I have been participating in quality designer maker fairs and exhibiting in galleries across the country.

Having met a lot of customers, I've been busy with private commissions, such as remaking wedding rings, making ladies bespoke gold cufflinks, setting customers sentimental buttons, creating a real pearl ring and constructing a silver box for a Christening.

As well as making jewellery I also show people how to make their own. I run a course in a lovely old house in the country where you stay for the weekend and create your very own ring. I also teach adult evening classes in the Cambridge area.
